Lana G - Owner / Chief Strategy and Operations Officer
Owner operator Lana (Alaina) is an enthusiastic Culture Manager
with 10+ years of Human Resources experience ensuring smooth
and efficient HR and labour operations. She is always on the lookout
to acquire new skills to add to her tool box.
Proven capacity to conceptualize and execute impactful HR strategies that foster a positive work environment for optimal staff output. Lana brings in-depth knowledge of Ontario employment laws and regulations, HR management principles, and best practices.
She will ensure compliance with all regional and local procedures, regulations, and codes, and will provide progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis.
She has in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, 365, Adobe, Photoshop, G Suite, Quickbooks, as well as extensive experience with various payroll platforms and of course website development. .

Rico T - Owner / Creative Director
Rico will be responsible for obtaining, sourcing and marketing our services and can handle multiple prospects simultaneously while serving as the go-to representative for dealings with subcontractors, suppliers and potential customers. With every project, Rico will be counted on to drive the innovation we’re known for.
Alyshia J - Assistant Operations and On-Site Supervisor
Alyshia Jamie is beginning a dynamic and versatile career as our Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator. Currently, she plays a pivotal role at Maximus Empire, where she spearheads innovative PR campaigns and marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor in
Psychology and Sociology from Carleton University,
which provided her with a foundation in strategic communication.
Alyshia is also certified in Tactical Communication.
Known for her creativity and strategic thinking, Alyshia excels in managing social media platforms, organizing high-impact events and launching promo marketing campaigns. Her ability to blend analytical insights with creative solutions makes her a valuable asset to the
Maximus Empire team.
Outside of work, Alyshia is passionate about Social Media, photography, travel and community volunteering, which she believes helps her maintain a fresh perspective and creative energy. She is dedicated to Maximus Empires mission of nurturing relationships, fostering growth, and creating value for our clients and community.
